All entries and information in the entries become and remain the property of Bomberger’s Store, Inc. Bomberger’s Store, Inc. reserves the right to market to and/or send email blasts using the contact/personally identifiable information from this giveaway. By entering into a contest with Bomberger’s, entrants give Bomberger’s Store, Inc. consent to collect, store, and use personally identifiable information submitted with entry. Bomberger’s Store, Inc. is not responsible for any unauthorized use of your information.

To enter, contestants must visit Bomberger’s Store, Inc. Lititz location and visit the Power Equipment department. Paper forms are located within this department and must be filled out entirely and dropped into the contest bucket within the listed timeframes. All contact information must be valid. One entry per person. Bomberger’s Store, Inc. reserves the right to disqualify any entrant for any reason. Bomberger’s Store, Inc. is not responsible for any lost entries.

Facebook and Instagram are not sponsors of any Bomberger’s giveaway, nor is any other platform. No purchase necessary to win or enter. Purchases do not increase chances of winning. Dates subject to change.

Winners to be notified by email or phone and announced on social media with photos, including Facebook and Instagram. Winner must pick up prize or make accommodations for pickup within 5 business days of notification of winning. Winner to be determined by random drawing and must live in Pennsylvania. If prize is not picked up within timeframe listed above, Bomberger’s Store, Inc. reserves the right to give the prize to another contestant. Must be 18 or older at time of entry to participate.

Prizes may not be exchanged for another product. Local pickup of prizes only. Prizes will not be shipped. Bomberger’s Store, Inc. employees are not eligible to participate. Upon acceptance of product by winner, winner is responsible for any liability, expenses, damages, cost, responsibility, warranty, etc.

By participating in any promotion, entrants agree to these terms and conditions as well as subsequent terms and conditions brought forth by Bombergers Store, Inc. Bomberger’s Store, Inc. is discharged and held harmless from any and all claims. Competition void where prohibited.

Ways to Enter:
Bomberger’s contests may offer opportunities to enter online or in-store. Online contests include entry via social media and/or website forms at Bombergers.com. Our in-store contests will require a store visit and entry via paper ballot. Be sure to read and be aware of contest ending dates and any additional rules announced on our social media channels, or displayed on in-store signage.
